The terms governing your use of Zeelie's website and products.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website and products provided by Zeelie Limited ("Zeelie"). By using our services you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the service
You agree to use Zeelie's products lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in; you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. A free 30-day trial is available on eligible plans.
3. Availability
We work hard to keep Zeelie running reliably, including offline-capable checkout. We do not, however, warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of your business and transactional data. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeelie's liability arising from use of the service is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding twelve months.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
